تيسرا مساحة لإعداد المحتوى التسويقي وتحليل التقارير وطلب خدمات التسويق. هذه الصفحة تشرح تعامل النسخة التجريبية الحالية مع البيانات.
ما الذي نحفظه؟
نستخدم بيانات حساب الدخول، وتفاصيل العلامة التي تضيفها، والمحادثات والمسودات التي تنشئها، وتقارير CSV التي تستوردها، وطلبات الخدمة وتفاصيل التواصل التي ترسلها. تحفظ نسخة في جلسة المتصفح، وتُحفظ مساحة عملك سحابيًا عند تسجيل الدخول. لا تُنشر هذه المعلومات تلقائيًا.
التحقق عند إنشاء الحساب
عند التسجيل، نستخدم رقم جوالك وبريدك الإلكتروني للتحقق من الحساب. نرسل رقم الجوال إلى Authentica لإرسال رسالة رمز التحقق، ونرسل الرمز الذي تدخله للتحقق منه. لا نستخدم رقمك للمراسلات التسويقية بمجرد التسجيل. تُحفظ بيانات الحساب ورقم الجوال وحالة التحقق في AWS، ولا نسجّل رمز التحقق في سجلات التطبيق. تحتوي سجلات التحقق المؤقتة على معرّفات وبصمات تجزئة للأرقام وعناوين الشبكة لمنع الإساءة، وتنتهي صلاحيتها ثم تُحذف لاحقًا بواسطة AWS. نحفظ سجل الموافقة على شروط الخدمة، بما يشمل التاريخ والإصدار وبصمة المستند ولغة القبول؛ لا نُنشئ موافقة بالنيابة عن الحسابات السابقة. يمكنك التواصل معنا لطلب حذف بيانات الحساب أو سجل تسجيل غير مكتمل.
كيف نستخدم البيانات؟
لتشغيل حسابك، وتخصيص المسودات، وحساب مؤشرات التقارير، ومراجعة طلبات الخدمة وتنفيذ نطاق العمل المتفق عليه. يرسل المساعد تفاصيل العلامة والسياق المحدود للمحادثة إلى Amazon Bedrock لتوليد الرد. راجع المخرجات قبل استخدامها.
محرّك تيسرا وقياسات المواقع
عندما تطلب فحص صفحة عامة، يجلب محرّك تيسرا محتوى HTML للرابط الذي أدخلته دون تسجيل الدخول إلى الموقع أو تشغيل JavaScript. نحفظ الرابط ووقت الفحص والملاحظات المختصرة وأحدث خمسة فحوص سابقة في حسابك، ولا نحفظ الصفحة الأصلية. تُحفظ أيضًا القياسات التي تختار استيرادها من Search Console أو Lighthouse، مع مصدرها وفترتها. الاستيراد لا يربط حساب Google ولا يثبت ملكية الموقع. ينتهي سجل المحرّك بعد ٩٠ يومًا من آخر تعديل، ويُزال لاحقًا بواسطة AWS. يمكنك إزالة التقارير المستوردة من المحرّك.
عند اختيار المساعدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، تُضاف القياسات المحددة إلى مسودة رسالتك؛ لا تُرسل إلى Amazon Bedrock إلا عندما ترسل الرسالة. فتح PageSpeed أو Search Console ينقلك إلى Google وفق سياسة خصوصيتها. لا نرسل روابط مواقع عملائك أو نتائج الفحص إلى قياس زيارات تيسرا.
ربط Google Search Console
عند اختيار الربط، نطلب صلاحية قراءة Search Console فقط ونعرض الخصائص التي يتيحها حساب Google. بعد اختيار خاصية، نجلب النقرات ومرات الظهور ونسبة النقر ومتوسط الموضع وأبرز عبارات البحث والصفحات والأيام التي يعيدها Google. نحتفظ بأحدث تقرير وتوقيته بشكل خاص بحسابك، مع رموز تفويض مشفرة في AWS. لا يغيّر هذا الربط إعدادات موقعك أو إعلاناتك.
تُحدّث الخاصية المحددة في الخلفية كل ست ساعات تقريبًا، حتى عند إغلاق المتصفح. يفحص القسم المفتوح التحديث كل خمس دقائق وتُحفظ النتائج ساعة لتقليل الطلبات. بيانات Google متأخرة بطبيعتها؛ هذه ليست مراقبة لحظية للترتيب. عند طلب تحليل بالذكاء الاصطناعي، تُضاف مؤشرات محدودة وعبارات البحث المختارة إلى مسودة الرسالة وتُرسل إلى Amazon Bedrock فقط عند إرسالها. يمكنك فصل الربط لإيقاف المزامنة وإزالة الرموز والتقرير المحفوظ؛ لا يحذف ذلك تقارير مستوردة أو رسائل سابقة. يمكنك أيضًا إلغاء التفويض في حساب Google. لا نبيع بيانات البحث ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات المخصصة.
Google Analytics
عندما تختار ربط حساب Google، تطلب تيسرا صلاحية قراءة Analytics فقط. نستخدمها لعرض المواقع التي يحق لك قراءتها، وجلب تقارير الموقع الذي تختاره. تحفظ رموز التفويض مشفرة في AWS، ولا تظهر في المتصفح أو السجلات. يمكنك فصل الربط من صفحة النتائج أو إلغاء وصول تيسرا من حساب Google. لا تتيح هذه الصلاحية إنشاء إعلانات أو إنفاق أموال.
لا نستخدم بيانات Google لعرض إعلانات مخصصة، ولا نبيعها. ربط Analytics لقراءة التقارير منفصل عن قياس زيارات موقع تيسرا.
تقارير Google Ads
إذا اخترت ربط Google Ads، تطلب Google صلاحية واسعة لإدارة الإعلانات، إذ لا توفر صلاحية OAuth منفصلة للقراءة فقط. تستخدم تيسرا هذا الربط لقراءة الحسابات المتاحة ونتائج الحملات فقط؛ ولا تنشئ حملات أو تعدّل الميزانيات أو تنفق أموالًا. نعرض الحساب الذي تختاره وإنفاقه وتحويلاته وقيمتها وفق إعدادات Google، وبعملة الحساب وتوقيته.
تحفظ رموز التفويض مشفرة في AWS، وتُحفظ نسخة مؤقتة من التقرير لتقليل طلبات التحديث. الربط خاص بحسابك في تيسرا ومنفصل عن ربط Analytics. يمكنك فصله من لوحة Google Ads أو إلغاء التفويض في Google. لا نرسل أسماء الحملات أو أرقام حسابات الإعلانات أو نتائجها إلى أداة قياس زيارات تيسرا، ولا نبيع بيانات Google أو نستخدمها للإعلانات المخصصة.
المتابعة التلقائية والتنبيهات
عندما تفعّل متابعة الشراء، تجلب تيسرا تلقائيًا تقارير الشراء من موقع Google Analytics وحساب Google Ads اللذين اخترتهما، حتى عندما تكون لوحة التحكم مغلقة. تستهدف المتابعة فحصًا كل ١٥ دقيقة، وقد تتأخر الفحوص أو بيانات Google. نحفظ أحدث نتائج المتابعة وتنبيهات الشراء وتعذّر التحديث واستئنافه، وحالة القراءة. يعرض مركز التنبيهات ما يصل إلى أحدث ٥٠ تنبيهًا ضمن حد التخزين، وقد تُحفظ لقطة أول تنبيه شراء بشكل منفصل. هذه إشارات واردة في التقارير وليست تأكيدًا لدفع فعلي أو دليلًا على أن المصدرين يصفان المعاملة نفسها.
إذا اخترت تنبيهات البريد، نستخدم بريد حسابك المؤكّد ونرسل إليه عبر Amazon SES ملخصًا من النتائج وتواريخها وحالة المتابعة. قد يلزم تأكيد العنوان برسالة من AWS قبل تفعيل الإرسال. تُحفظ تفضيلات فئات البريد واللغة وحالة التأكيد ومحاولة الإرسال؛ ولا نرسل عنوان البريد أو بيانات توصيل التنبيه إلى نموذج الذكاء الاصطناعي. تصل إشعارات ارتداد البريد والشكاوى إلى صندوق فريق تيسرا لمتابعتها.
يمكنك إيقاف كل فئة بريد واختيار العربية أو الإنجليزية أو كلتيهما من مركز التنبيهات، وإيقاف المتابعة التلقائية مؤقتًا بشكل مستقل. إيقاف البريد لا يوقف الفحوص أو يحذف التنبيهات المحفوظة، وإيقاف المتابعة لا يحذف السجل السابق. لا تؤدي هذه الفحوص إلى تعديل حملاتك أو إنشاء عمليات شراء.
تحليل تقارير Google بالذكاء الاصطناعي
عند اختيار «حلّل النتائج»، نرسل إلى Amazon Bedrock ملخصًا محدودًا من مؤشرات التقارير المحفوظة في حسابك، ومؤشرات ما يصل إلى ثماني حملات وحالتها، والفترة والعملة والمنطقة الزمنية. لا نرسل رموز Google أو بيانات الدخول أو سجلات الزوار الفردية أو أسماء الحسابات والحملات. قد تُضمّن معرّفات الحملات كمراجع للأدلة. يستخدم التحليل هذه البيانات لترتيب الملاحظات واقتراح خطوات للمراجعة؛ ولا ينفذ تغييرات على الإعلانات أو الميزانيات.
نحفظ التحليل بشكل خاص بحسابك، وتصبح صلاحيته منتهية بعد ٢٤ ساعة، ثم تزيله عملية الحذف الخلفية في AWS لاحقًا. قد يُستبدل بتحليل أحدث قبل ذلك. تغيّر المصدر أو فصله يمنع عرض التحليل القديم. لا يبدأ تحليل جديد تلقائيًا عند تحديث التقارير أو تبديل اللغة. راجع النتائج وحدود البيانات قبل اتخاذ قرار.
قياس زيارات تيسرا — باختيارك
لا نحمّل أداة Google Analytics ولا نرسل طلبات قياس حتى تختار «السماح بالتحليلات». عند الموافقة، نرسل بيانات أساسية عن الزيارة والجهاز، مثل معرّف المتصفح المخزّن في ملف تعريف ارتباط بصلاحية تصل إلى ١٨٠ يومًا وقد تتجدد عند الزيارة، واسم صفحة عام، واللغة وتوقيت الزيارة. تستقبل Google عنوان الإنترنت ضمن الاتصال بالخدمة. لا نرسل بريدك الإلكتروني أو معرّف حسابك أو محادثاتك أو محتوى مساحة العمل أو معاملات روابط تسجيل الدخول.
يمكنك اختيار «الضروري فقط» والاستمرار باستخدام تيسرا، أو تغيير اختيارك من «تفضيلات التحليلات» أسفل الموقع. عند سحب الموافقة نوقف القياس اللاحق ونزيل ملفات تعريف الارتباط الخاصة بتحليلات تيسرا من هذا المتصفح؛ لا يؤدي ذلك تلقائيًا إلى حذف البيانات المرسلة سابقًا. نحفظ اختيارك في هذا المتصفح حتى تتمكن من تغييره، ويطبّق القياس على مساحة التسويق في taysra.com، دون المتاجر المنشورة أو نسخ التطوير المحلية.
خطة التسويق من موقعك
عند حفظ موقعك أثناء استخدام مساحة العمل، تقرأ تيسرا الصفحة العامة عبر اتصال HTTPS دون تسجيل الدخول إلى الموقع أو تشغيل JavaScript. نرسل إلى Amazon Bedrock مقتطفًا محدودًا من النص الظاهر وعنوان الصفحة ووصفها وعناوينها مع بيانات علامتك المحفوظة لإعداد خطة تسويق مخصصة بالعربية والإنجليزية. لا نرسل رموز Google أو محادثاتك إلى هذه العملية. لا تتطلب الخطة ربط Google، ولا تقيس المبيعات أو الزيارات أو ترتيب البحث.
نحفظ مقتطفات الصفحة والخطة وتاريخها بشكل خاص في حسابك حتى استبدالها أو طلب حذفها. لا نحتفظ بملف HTML الأصلي. قد يبدأ تحديث بيانات العلامة المحفوظة تحليلًا جديدًا؛ تبديل اللغة أو فتح خطة محفوظة لا يستدعي النموذج مجددًا. عند فشل التحليل يمكنك إعادة المحاولة. إزالة الموقع أو تغييره يمنع عرض الخطة السابقة لذلك الموقع. راجع الافتراضات والخطوات قبل التنفيذ؛ لا تنشر الخطة محتوى أو تشغّل إعلانات تلقائيًا.
الاستخدام المحدود لبيانات Google
تلتزم تيسرا بسياسة بيانات مستخدمي خدمات Google API، بما فيها متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود، عند استخدام بيانات Google أو نقلها. نستخدمها لتقديم التقارير والمتابعة والتفسيرات التي تطلبها داخل تيسرا. لا نبيع هذه البيانات، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات المخصصة أو لتدريب نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي عامة أو ضبطها أو تحسينها. عند طلب التحليل، تعالج Amazon Bedrock الملخص المحدود لإنتاج الرد؛ ولا يُستخدم لتدريب النماذج.
لا يطّلع فريقنا على بيانات تقارير Google الفردية إلا بموافقتك، أو عند الحاجة للتحقق من مشكلة تقنية أو أمنية أو للامتثال للقانون. يزيل فصل الربط التفويض المحفوظ والتقرير الحالي لهذا المصدر؛ وتبقى التحليلات والسجلات السابقة وفق مددها الموضحة أعلاه. لطلب حذف بيانات Google المحفوظة ومشتقاتها من حسابك، تواصل عبر taysra.sa@gmail.com.
الاستضافة والاحتفاظ
تستضيف AWS الخدمة في الولايات المتحدة، وقد تعمل معالجة الذكاء الاصطناعي في ثلاث مناطق AWS أمريكية معتمدة. لا تمثل هذه النسخة استضافة داخل السعودية. تبقى مساحة العمل السحابية محفوظة حتى تعديلها أو طلب حذفها. تنتهي صلاحية طلبات الخدمة بعد ٣٦٥ يومًا. تسجيل الخروج يمسح نسخة مساحة التسويق من الجلسة الحالية ولا يحذف المساحة السحابية.
اختياراتك والتواصل
يمكنك تعديل بيانات العلامة، وتصدير المحتوى والتقارير، وإزالة التقارير والمحتوى المحفوظ، وبدء محادثة جديدة. لطلب حذف الحساب والبيانات السحابية أو الاستفسار عن الخصوصية: taysra.sa@gmail.com. لا تضع كلمات المرور أو بيانات البطاقات أو بيانات العملاء الشخصية داخل المحادثات والتقارير.
Your privacy at Taysra
Taysra helps prepare marketing content, analyze reports and request marketing services. This notice describes the current pilot.
Information we store
We use sign-in account details, the brand profile you supply, conversations and drafts you create, imported CSV reports, and service briefs and contact details you submit. A copy is kept in your browser session; signed-in workspaces save to AWS. These details are not automatically published.
Signup verification
When you sign up, we use your mobile number and email to verify your account. We send your mobile number to Authentica to deliver an SMS verification code and send the code you enter for verification. Signing up does not opt your number into marketing messages. AWS stores account details, your mobile number and verification status; we do not write verification codes to application logs. Temporary verification records contain identifiers and hashes of phone numbers and network addresses to prevent abuse; they expire and are subsequently deleted by AWS. We retain your Terms acceptance record, including its date, version, document hash and acceptance language, without inventing acceptance for existing accounts. Contact us to request deletion of account data or an unfinished signup record.
How we use it
To operate your account, personalize drafts, calculate report metrics, and review and deliver agreed service requests. The assistant sends your brand details and bounded conversation context to Amazon Bedrock to generate responses. Review outputs before using them.
Google Search Console connection
If you choose to connect, we request read-only Search Console access and list properties available to your Google account. Selecting a property retrieves its clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position and top queries, pages and reported days. The latest report and its timestamp are private to your Taysra account; authorization tokens are encrypted in AWS. This connection does not change website settings or advertisements.
The selected property refreshes in the background about every six hours, including while your browser is closed. The open panel checks every five minutes, with a one-hour report cache to reduce requests. Google reports with a delay; this is not real-time rank tracking. Asking for AI analysis adds bounded metrics and selected search queries to your message draft; they reach Amazon Bedrock only when you send it. Disconnect to stop synchronization and remove saved tokens and the connection report; previously imported reports and chat messages remain. You can also revoke access in your Google account. We do not sell search data or use it for personalized advertising.
Google Analytics
If you choose to connect Google, Taysra requests read-only Analytics access. We use it to list properties you can access and retrieve reports for the property you select. Authorization tokens are encrypted in AWS and are not exposed in the browser or logs. Disconnect through Results, or revoke Taysra access in your Google account. This permission does not create advertising or spend money.
We do not sell Google data or use it for personalized advertising. Connecting Analytics reports is separate from measuring visits to Taysra.
Google Ads reports
If you choose to connect Google Ads, Google asks for broad advertising-management permission because it does not provide a separate read-only OAuth scope. Taysra uses this connection only to read accessible accounts and campaign reports; it does not create campaigns, change budgets or spend money. We display your selected account, spend, conversions and conversion value using Google’s settings, account currency and timezone.
Authorization tokens are encrypted in AWS, and a report is cached temporarily to reduce refresh requests. The connection is private to your Taysra account and separate from the Analytics connection. Disconnect in the Google Ads panel or revoke access in Google. Campaign names, advertising account IDs and report results are not sent to Taysra’s visitor tracker. We do not sell Google data or use it for personalized advertising.
Automatic monitoring and notifications
When you enable purchase monitoring, Taysra automatically reads purchase reports from your selected Google Analytics property and Google Ads account, including while your dashboard is closed. Checks target a 15-minute interval; checks and Google reporting may be delayed. We save the latest observations, purchase and interruption/recovery notifications, and read status. The notification center retains up to the latest 50 alerts within its storage limit; the first-purchase snapshot may also be kept separately. These are reported signals, not verification of an actual payment or proof that both sources describe the same transaction.
If you choose email alerts, we use your verified account email and send summaries of results, dates and monitoring status through Amazon SES. An AWS email verification step may be required before delivery is enabled. We store category and language preferences, verification status and send-attempt status. Your email address and notification delivery metadata are not sent to the AI model. Bounce and complaint feedback goes to the Taysra team’s monitored mailbox.
Turn each email category off and choose Arabic, English or both in the notification center. You can separately pause automatic monitoring. Switching email off does not stop checks or delete saved alerts; pausing monitoring does not delete previous history. These checks do not change campaigns or create purchases.
AI analysis of Google reports
When you choose “Analyze results,” we send Amazon Bedrock a bounded summary of report metrics saved in your account, metrics and status for up to eight campaigns, and the reporting period, currency and timezone. We do not send Google tokens, login credentials, individual visitor records, or account and campaign names. Campaign IDs may be included as evidence references. The analysis uses these data to prioritize findings and suggest review steps; it does not change advertisements or budgets.
Analysis is stored privately for your account and expires after 24 hours; AWS background deletion removes the expired record later. A newer analysis may replace it sooner. Changing or disconnecting a source prevents the old analysis from being displayed. Report refreshes and language switches do not automatically start a new analysis. Review the findings and data limitations before making decisions.
Taysra visitor analytics — your choice
We do not load Google Analytics or send measurement requests until you choose “Allow analytics.” After consent, we send basic visit and device information, including a cookie-based browser identifier lasting up to 180 days and renewed on visits, a fixed page label, language and visit timing. Google receives your IP address as part of the connection. We do not send your email address, account ID, chats, workspace content or sign-in URL parameters.
Choose “Only necessary” to continue using Taysra without analytics, or change your choice through “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement and removes Taysra analytics cookies from this browser; it does not automatically delete previously sent data. Your choice is stored in this browser until you change it. Tracking applies to the marketing workspace on taysra.com, excluding published stores and local development versions.
Your website marketing plan
When you save your website while using the workspace, Taysra reads the public page over HTTPS without signing in to it or running JavaScript. We send Amazon Bedrock a bounded excerpt of visible text, the page title, description and headings, together with your saved brand details, to prepare a personalized plan in Arabic and English. This process does not send Google tokens or your conversations. A plan does not require a Google connection and does not measure sales, visits or search rankings.
Page excerpts, the plan and its date are stored privately in your account until replaced or deletion is requested. We do not retain the original HTML. Updating saved brand details may start a new analysis; switching languages or opening a saved plan does not invoke the model again. Failed analysis can be retried. Removing or changing the website prevents the previous site plan from being displayed. Review assumptions and steps before acting; the plan does not automatically publish content or launch advertising.
Taysra Engine and website measurements
When you request a public-page check, Taysra fetches the URL’s HTML without signing into that website or running JavaScript. We save its URL, check time, bounded observations and five previous checks privately in your account; we do not retain the original page. We also save measurements you choose to import from Search Console or Lighthouse with their source and period. Importing does not connect a Google account or establish website ownership. The engine record expires 90 days after its last change and is subsequently removed by AWS. You can remove imported reports from the engine.
Choosing AI help adds the selected measurements to a draft message; they reach Amazon Bedrock only when you send that message. Opening PageSpeed or Search Console takes you to Google under its privacy policy. Customer website URLs and audit results are not sent to Taysra visitor analytics.
Limited Use of Google data
We follow the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements when using or transferring Google API data. We use it for the reporting, monitoring and explanations you request within Taysra. We do not sell this data, use it for personalized advertising, or use it to train, fine-tune or improve general AI models. When you request analysis, Amazon Bedrock processes the bounded report summary to produce the response; it is not used for model training.
Our team does not review individual Google report data unless you authorize it, or access is needed to investigate technical or security issues or meet legal obligations. Disconnecting removes that provider’s stored authorization and current report; previous analyses and history remain subject to the retention periods described above. To request deletion of saved Google data and its derivatives from your account, contact taysra.sa@gmail.com.
Hosting and retention
AWS hosts this service in the United States; AI inference may run in three approved US AWS regions. This pilot does not provide Saudi data residency. Cloud workspaces remain until changed or deletion is requested. Service requests expire after 365 days. Signing out removes the marketing workspace copy from the current browser session; it does not delete cloud records.

Edit your brand, export content and reports, remove saved assets and reports, or start a new conversation. For account and cloud-data deletion requests or privacy questions, contact taysra.sa@gmail.com. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or personal customer data in conversations or reports.
