تيسرا مساحة تسويق تساعدك على إعداد المحتوى، وفهم أداء موقعك وحملاتك، وطلب مساعدة فريق التسويق. توضح هذه الشروط استخدام النسخة التجريبية الحالية على taysra.com. تشير «تيسرا» و«نحن» إلى فريق تيسرا الذي يقدّم هذه المساحة، ويُحدَّد مقدم الخدمة المتعاقد معك في عرض السعر عند طلب خدمة مدفوعة.
باستخدام المساحة، توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق، فلا تستخدم الخدمة. لا تُنشئ هذه الصفحة وحدها طلبًا مدفوعًا أو تفويضًا بإدارة إعلاناتك. للاستفسار أو طلب المساعدة: taysra.sa@gmail.com.
١. حسابك وصلاحية التصرّف
يجب أن تكون لديك الأهلية النظامية لاستخدام الخدمة وإبرام الاتفاقات ذات الصلة. إذا عملت باسم منشأة أو عميل، فيجب أن تكون مخوّلًا بالتصرف عنه والوصول إلى بياناته. قدّم معلومات حساب وتواصل صحيحة، واحمِ بيانات الدخول، ولا تشارك كلمات المرور أو رموز التفويض داخل المحادثات. أخبرنا فور الاشتباه بوصول غير مصرح به. لا تتحمل مسؤولية تصرّف لم تتسبب فيه أو تسمح به لمجرد حدوثه عبر حسابك؛ تحدَّد المسؤولية وفق الوقائع والأنظمة المعمول بها.
٢. ما تقدّمه النسخة الحالية
تشمل المساحة أدوات تسويق ذاتية الاستخدام، ومحادثة ومساعدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، وفحص صفحات عامة، واستيراد تقارير، وروابط اختيارية لتقارير Google، ومتابعة وتنبيهات عند تفعيلها. قد تكون بعض الأدوات مجانية، بينما تخضع أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي لحصة التجربة وحدود الاستخدام الموضحة في المساحة. لا يعني ظهور أداة أو اقتراح أن تيسرا نفّذته على موقعك أو حساباتك الخارجية.
٣. الأسعار والخدمات المدفوعة
إنشاء حساب أو ربط تقارير Google لا يجيز لنا تحصيل رسوم تلقائيًا. تُعرَض تكلفة أي أداة مدفوعة أو خدمة ونطاقها وحدودها وشروط الدفع والإلغاء قبل الالتزام بها. تتطلب الخدمات المدارة عرض سعر وموافقة صريحة؛ وتُنسَّق المدفوعات حاليًا مع الفريق. لا تتحول التجربة المجانية تلقائيًا إلى اشتراك مدفوع، ولا يبدأ تجديد مدفوع دون موافقتك المسبقة على السعر والدورة وطريقة الإلغاء.
٤. عندما تطلب من فريق تيسرا التنفيذ
إرسال موجز أو طلب مساعدة يفتح نقاشًا، ولا يضمن قبول المشروع أو بدء العمل. يحدّد عرض السعر المعتمد مقدم الخدمة وبياناته اللازمة، والمخرجات والمدة والأتعاب والعملة والضرائب أو الرسوم المطبقة، والمراجعات المطلوبة، وترتيبات الدفع والتسليم والإلغاء. يوضّح كذلك حقوق استخدام وتسليم المواد الخاصة بالمشروع. وتُقدَّم فاتورة للخدمة المدفوعة وفق المتطلبات المطبقة.
ميزانية الإعلانات منفصلة عن أتعاب الإدارة، ولا ننفقها أو نطلق حملة أو نغيّر ميزانية بناءً على محادثة أو توصية آلية فقط. أي إدارة فعلية تتطلب نطاقًا منفصلًا، وصلاحيات مناسبة، وموافقة واضحة على الميزانية والإجراءات. تطبَّق شروط المشروع الخاصة على نطاقه بالقدر الذي لا ينتقص من حقوقك النظامية الإلزامية.
٥. ربط Google والصلاحيات
الربط اختياري، ويجب أن تكون مخوّلًا للوصول إلى الخاصية أو الحساب الذي تختاره. يطلب ربط Google Analytics وSearch Console صلاحيات قراءة فقط. أما Google Ads فيعرض صلاحية OAuth أوسع تشمل الإدارة لأن Google لا يوفر نطاقًا منفصلًا للقراءة فقط؛ ويستخدم ربط التقارير الحالي في تيسرا هذه الصلاحية لقراءة الحسابات والنتائج فقط، ولا ينشئ حملات أو يعدّل الإعلانات أو الميزانيات أو ينفق أموالًا.
يمكنك فصل كل ربط في تيسرا أو إلغاء التفويض في حساب Google. قد يؤدي الفصل إلى إزالة التفويض والتقرير المخزّن وإيقاف المزامنة لهذا المصدر. تُشرح آثار الفصل والاحتفاظ بالبيانات في سياسة الخصوصية. ربط التقارير لا يفوّض خدمة إدارة حملات مدفوعة.
٦. التقارير والقياسات والتنبيهات
تعكس الأرقام البيانات المتاحة من المصدر والفترة والعملة والمنطقة الزمنية الموضحة. قد تتأخر تقارير Google أو تتغير بعد المعالجة، وقد تختلف النسب بين المصادر بسبب إعدادات القياس والإسناد والموافقة. متوسط موضع البحث ليس ترتيبًا ثابتًا لكل زائر، ونتيجة فحص الصفحة ليست تصنيفًا صادرًا من Google.
تعمل المزامنة والمتابعة والتنبيهات حسب الإعدادات التي تفعّلها، وقد تتأخر أو تتعطل بسبب الاتصال أو الصلاحيات أو خدمات خارجية. إشارة شراء في تقرير ليست وحدها تأكيدًا لتحصيل دفعة، ونجاح اختبار التتبع لا يعني حدوث مبيعات حقيقية أو ثبوت أثر إعلان. راجع المصدر وسجل المدفوعات قبل اتخاذ قرار مالي؛ والتنبيهات وسيلة مساعدة وليست ضمانًا لاكتشاف كل حدث.
٧. استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي
المخرجات مسودات وتفسيرات واقتراحات قد تحتوي على أخطاء أو معلومات ناقصة أو محتوى مشابه لمخرجات مستخدمين آخرين. راجع الحقائق والأرقام والادعاءات والحقوق الإعلانية قبل النشر أو التنفيذ، واطلب رأيًا متخصصًا عندما يستدعي الأمر ذلك. لا تضمن تيسرا ترتيبًا في محركات البحث أو إجابات الذكاء الاصطناعي، ولا عدد زيارات أو قبول إعلان أو مبيعات أو عائدًا محددًا.
عندما تطلب تحليلًا، تُعالَج المدخلات المحددة بواسطة خدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي وفق سياسة الخصوصية. لا تُستخدم بيانات Google لتدريب نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي عامة أو تحسينها. لا تغيّر توصية المساعد حساباتك الخارجية تلقائيًا ولا تُعد موافقة منك على إنفاق أو نشر.
٨. محتواك وحقوق الاستخدام
تحتفظ بحقوقك في البيانات والنصوص والصور والعلامات التي تزودنا بها. يجب أن تمتلك حق استخدامها ومشاركتها مع تيسرا، بما في ذلك بيانات العملاء التي تعالجها بالنيابة عنهم. تمنحنا الإذن المحدود اللازم لاستضافة محتواك ومعالجته وعرضه لك وتقديم ما تطلبه، وفق سياسة الخصوصية، دون نقل ملكيته إلينا أو إذن عام باستخدامه في تسويقنا. لا ننشر محتوى مساحة عملك للعامة لمجرد حفظه.
يمكنك استخدام المسودات التي توفّرها لك المساحة، مع مراعاة حقوق الغير وشروط المواد المرخّصة المبيّنة عند توفيرها. لا نضمن تفرّد المخرجات الآلية أو قابليتها للحماية بحقوق ملكية فكرية. تبقى برمجيات تيسرا وواجهتها وعلامتها وموادها الخاصة مملوكة لأصحابها، ولا تمنح هذه الشروط حق إعادة بيع المنصة أو نسخ هويتها.
٩. الاستخدام المقبول
لا تستخدم الخدمة في الاحتيال أو الانتحال أو الإعلانات المضللة أو الرسائل غير المرغوبة، أو انتهاك حقوق الملكية أو الخصوصية أو الأنظمة المطبقة. لا تنشئ زيارات أو نقرات أو تحويلات زائفة، ولا تتجاوز حدود الاستخدام أو تحاول الوصول إلى حسابات أو أنظمة دون إذن. افحص فقط الصفحات والحسابات التي يحق لك فحصها، والتزم بسياسات منصات الإعلان والبحث ذات الصلة. لا تضع بيانات بطاقات أو كلمات مرور أو بيانات شخصية حساسة في المحادثات أو الملفات.
١٠. الخصوصية والبريد
تشرح سياسة الخصوصية البيانات التي نعالجها ومقدمي الخدمات والاستضافة والاحتفاظ وخيارات الحذف. استخدام المساحة لا يعني الموافقة تلقائيًا على قياس الزيارات الاختياري أو كل رسائل البريد. يمكنك تغيير خيارات التحليلات وفئات التنبيهات واللغة من إعداداتها. قد نرسل الرسائل الضرورية لأمن الحساب أو تقديم الخدمة عندما يلزم ذلك.
١١. الإلغاء والاسترداد
يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الأدوات، وفصل الروابط، وإيقاف المتابعة أو البريد الاختياري، وطلب حذف حسابك عبر بريد الدعم. حذف الحساب أو فصل Google لا يلغي حملة قائمة لدى Google أو اتفاق خدمة منفصلًا؛ اطلب إلغاء الخدمة المدارة أو إيقاف حملاتها صراحةً وفق نطاقها المتفق عليه.
تُبيَّن شروط إلغاء أي خدمة مدفوعة واستردادها قبل الموافقة، ولا نطبّق سياسة عامة تجعل جميع المبالغ غير قابلة للاسترداد. تُسوّى الأعمال المنجزة والتكاليف الخارجية المعتمدة والمبالغ المستحقة للاسترداد وفق الاتفاق والأنظمة المطبقة. لا تلغي هذه الشروط أي حق إلزامي في فسخ العقد أو الاسترداد بسبب التأخير أو العيب أو عدم تقديم الخدمة.
١٢. التوافر والتغييرات
النسخة الحالية قيد التطوير، وقد تخضع لصيانة أو انقطاع أو تغيير في الأدوات والحدود. نعطي إشعارًا معقولًا بالتغييرات الجوهرية متى أمكن، ونطلب موافقة جديدة قبل فرض رسوم جديدة. لا نغيّر بأثر رجعي نطاق خدمة مدفوعة تم الاتفاق عليها؛ ويُعالَج تعذّر تقديمها وفق اتفاقها والحقوق النظامية. لا يوجد التزام بزمن تشغيل محدد ما لم ينص اتفاق مستقل على ذلك. احتفظ بنسخ من المواد المهمة التي تصدّرها.
١٣. التعليق وإنهاء الوصول
قد نقيّد الوصول بالقدر اللازم لحماية الخدمة أو الحسابات، أو معالجة مخالفة جوهرية لهذه الشروط، أو الامتثال لالتزام نظامي. نوضح السبب ونتيح فرصة معقولة للتصحيح حيثما كان ذلك ممكنًا وآمنًا ومسموحًا. قد يتطلب خطر أمني أو إساءة استخدام تدخلًا فوريًا. يمكنك التواصل للاعتراض أو طلب المساعدة أو تصدير البيانات المتاحة. تُعالَج المدفوعات والبيانات عند الإنهاء وفق الاتفاق والأنظمة وسياسة الخصوصية.
١٤. المسؤولية وحقوقك النظامية
نلتزم بتقديم الخدمة بالعناية والمهارة المعقولتين. تساعدك الأدوات على اتخاذ القرار، ولا تحل محل مراجعتك أو مسؤولية كل طرف عن التزاماته. نعتمد على خدمات خارجية لا نتحكم في توافرها أو قراراتها، لكن ذلك لا يعفينا من المسؤولية التي تقع علينا بموجب الأنظمة المطبقة. لا يوجد في هذه الشروط إعفاء شامل من المسؤولية، أو استبعاد للمسؤولية عن الغش أو السلوك المتعمد أو الإهمال الجسيم، أو انتقاص من حماية المستهلك أو أي حق لا يجوز التنازل عنه نظامًا.
١٥. تحديث الشروط وحل المشكلات
ننشر أحدث نسخة مع تاريخها في هذه الصفحة. نبلغك بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر المساحة أو بريد الحساب قبل سريانها بوقت معقول متى أمكن، ونطلب موافقة صريحة حيث يلزم. لا تمنح التحديثات أثرًا رجعيًا لتكاليف جديدة أو لتغيير الحقوق المتعلقة بعمل مدفوع سابق.

Terms of Service
Taysra is a marketing workspace that helps you prepare content, understand website and campaign performance, and request help from a marketing team. These terms cover the current pilot at taysra.com. “Taysra,” “we” and “us” refer to the Taysra team providing this workspace. The provider contracting with you for a paid service is identified in its quote.
By using the workspace, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. This page alone does not create a paid order or authorize us to manage your advertising. For questions or help, contact taysra.sa@gmail.com.
1. Your account and authority
You must have the legal capacity to use the service and enter into relevant agreements. If you act for a business or client, you must be authorized to act on its behalf and access its data. Provide accurate account and contact information, protect your sign-in details, and do not share passwords or authorization tokens in conversations. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are not responsible for activity you did not cause or authorize simply because it occurred through your account; responsibility depends on the facts and applicable law.
2. What the current pilot provides
The workspace includes self-service marketing tools, AI chat and assistance, public-page checks, report imports, optional Google reporting connections, and monitoring and alerts when enabled. Some tools are free; AI tools are subject to the pilot allowance and usage limits shown in the workspace. Displaying a tool or recommendation does not mean Taysra has implemented it on your website or external accounts.
3. Pricing and paid services
Creating an account or connecting Google reports does not authorize automatic charges. The price, scope, limits, payment terms and cancellation terms of any paid tool or service are disclosed before you commit. Managed services require a quote and explicit approval; payment is currently coordinated with the team. A free trial does not automatically become a paid subscription, and paid renewal does not begin without your prior agreement to the price, billing cycle and cancellation method.
4. Asking the Taysra team to deliver work
Sending a brief or requesting help starts a discussion; it does not guarantee acceptance or commencement of a project. The approved quote identifies the provider and its required details, deliverables, timing, fees, currency, applicable taxes or charges, required reviews, and payment, delivery and cancellation arrangements. It also explains rights to use and receive project materials. An invoice for paid services is provided as required.
Media spend is separate from management fees. We do not spend it, launch a campaign or change a budget solely on the basis of a conversation or automated recommendation. Actual campaign management requires a separate scope, appropriate permissions, and clear approval of the budget and actions. Project-specific terms govern that scope without reducing your mandatory legal rights.
5. Google connections and permissions
Connections are optional, and you must be authorized to access the property or account you select. Google Analytics and Search Console connections request read-only permissions. Google Ads displays a broader OAuth permission that includes management because Google does not offer a separate read-only scope. Taysra's current reporting connector uses that permission only to read accounts and results; it does not create campaigns, change ads or budgets, or spend money.
You can disconnect each source in Taysra or revoke access in your Google account. Disconnecting can remove its saved authorization and report and stop synchronization for that source. The Privacy Policy explains disconnection and data retention. Connecting reports does not authorize a paid campaign-management service.
6. Reports, measurements and alerts
Figures reflect available source data and the period, currency and timezone shown. Google reports can be delayed or revised during processing; sources can attribute results differently because of tracking, attribution and consent settings. Average search position is not a fixed ranking for every visitor, and a page-check score is not a Google-issued rating.
Synchronization, monitoring and alerts follow the settings you enable and may be delayed or interrupted by connectivity, permissions or external services. A reported purchase is not, by itself, confirmation that payment was collected. Passing a tracking test does not establish genuine sales or an ad's contribution. Check source reports and payment records before financial decisions. Alerts assist you; they do not guarantee detection of every event.
7. Using AI
Outputs are drafts, explanations and suggestions that may contain mistakes, omissions or material similar to outputs for other users. Review facts, figures, claims and advertising rights before publishing or acting, and obtain specialist advice where appropriate. Taysra does not guarantee search rankings or inclusion in AI answers, traffic, ad approval, sales or a particular return.
When you request analysis, selected inputs are processed by AI services as described in the Privacy Policy. Google data is not used to train or improve general-purpose AI models. An assistant recommendation does not automatically change your external accounts or constitute your approval to spend or publish.
8. Your content and usage rights
You retain your rights in the data, text, images and brands you provide. You must have the right to use and share them with Taysra, including client data you process on a client's behalf. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process and display your content to you and deliver what you request, subject to the Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership to us or give general permission to use your content in our marketing. Saving workspace content does not make it public.
You may use drafts provided through the workspace, subject to others' rights and any licensed-material terms disclosed when supplied. We do not guarantee that automated outputs are unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection. Taysra's software, interface, brand and own materials remain their respective owners' property. These terms do not authorize reselling the platform or copying its identity.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, misleading advertising or unsolicited messaging, or to infringe intellectual-property rights, privacy or applicable law. Do not create fake traffic, clicks or conversions, bypass usage limits, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems. Only assess pages and accounts you are entitled to assess, and comply with relevant advertising and search-platform policies. Do not put card details, passwords or sensitive personal data into conversations or files.
10. Privacy and email
The Privacy Policy explains the data we process, service providers, hosting, retention and deletion choices. Using the workspace does not automatically consent to optional visitor analytics or every category of email. You can change analytics choices, alert categories and language in their settings. We may send essential account-security or service messages when necessary.
11. Cancellation and refunds
You can stop using tools, disconnect sources, turn off monitoring or optional email, and request account deletion through support. Deleting an account or disconnecting Google does not cancel a campaign running in Google or a separate service agreement. Explicitly request cancellation of a managed service or pausing its campaigns under its agreed scope.
Cancellation and refund terms for each paid service are disclosed before approval; we do not apply a blanket rule that every payment is non-refundable. Completed work, approved external costs and refunds due are settled according to the agreement and applicable law. These terms do not remove mandatory rights to cancel or receive a refund because of delay, defects or failure to provide a service.
12. Availability and changes
The current pilot is being developed and may experience maintenance, interruptions or changes to tools and limits. We give reasonable notice of material changes where possible and seek new consent before imposing new charges. We do not retrospectively change an agreed paid-service scope; inability to deliver it is addressed under its agreement and legal rights. There is no specific uptime commitment unless a separate agreement provides one. Keep copies of important materials you export.
13. Suspension and ending access
We may restrict access as necessary to protect the service or accounts, address a material breach of these terms, or comply with a legal obligation. We explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue where possible, safe and lawful. A security risk or abuse may require immediate action. You can contact us to challenge a decision, request help or export available data. Payments and data on termination are handled under the agreement, applicable law and Privacy Policy.
14. Responsibility and your legal rights
We undertake to provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Tools assist decisions; they do not replace your review or either party's responsibility for its obligations. We rely on external services whose availability and decisions we do not control, but that does not excuse responsibilities we have under applicable law. These terms do not provide a blanket liability waiver, exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or reduce consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
15. Updates to these terms and resolving issues
We publish the latest version and its date on this page. Where possible, we give reasonable advance notice of material changes through the workspace or account email, and seek explicit agreement where required. Updates do not retrospectively impose new charges or change rights relating to previously agreed paid work.

We seek to resolve issues directly; this does not prevent you from approaching a competent authority or exercising rights under applicable law. The Arabic and English versions express the same terms. Please report any discrepancy so we can clarify and correct it without reducing your mandatory rights.
