Before the draft: write a brief that understands your brand.

Five ingredients for a clearer content request and a better foundation for reviewing AI drafts.

1. Define the reader and the purpose

“Write a nice post” leaves most decisions to the tool. Instead, start with the reader and what they should understand or do after reading. Include the channel and context: is this a first introduction, or does the person know the product and need clarification? Introducing a service differs from addressing a specific objection. One purpose makes it easier to judge the draft.

2. Supply facts and voice boundaries

Include only confirmed information: what the offer includes, what it excludes and any conditions needed to understand it. Do not ask for invented numbers or testimonials. Describe the voice with short examples; one phrase to use and one to avoid can be clearer than “professional.” For bilingual writing, explain the intended meaning and expressions to preserve rather than relying on literal translation.

3. Review before publishing

Read the draft as a customer. Is the offer understandable? Is the next step clear? Check product names, dates, numbers and any outcome claims. Remove repetition and request a revision of the part that does not serve the purpose. In Taysra you can develop the draft and save what works; publishing and final approval remain with you.

  • Audience: who is reading?
  • Purpose and channel: why and where?
  • Offer and voice: what are the facts, and how do we say them?
