1. Write down the decision you need
Start with a blank page and write what you want to change in the next period. “I need a better presence” is broad; “I need a clearer explanation of one service so I receive relevant enquiries” gives you a working direction. Establish a baseline from what you actually know, leaving missing information as questions. A service business, for example, might start with the relevant enquiries received in the previous period, if those were recorded.
2. Connect the audience, offer and message
Choose one audience whose need you can describe. Write what you offer, why it fits that need and what supports your claim. Combine those into a simple sentence before turning it into an ad or post. If you are promising several outcomes you cannot substantiate, reframe the offer around what you actually deliver. Then choose a channel where you can execute the work and follow up on responses.
3. Give each action a review date
Start with three actions: what you will prepare, where you will use it and how you will review the response. Give each an owner and a realistic date. At review time, separate what you implemented from what changed in the results; other factors may have contributed. Use Taysra to organise this brief and develop alternatives, then correct assumptions that do not match your business.
- Goal: one clear change.
- Audience and offer: for whom, and why?
- Execution and review: who, when and with what evidence?
