A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
A small, agreed piece of work: one page’s copy, a contact-button or form adjustment, or a page’s search title, description and FAQs. Your proposal defines the size and deliverable before payment.
After the scope is approved, payment is received, and the required access and materials are available. If an approval or outside dependency affects delivery, we agree on an updated date with you.
We check access and your website setup before confirming the proposal. We agree whether our team implements the changes directly or delivers approved files and instructions for your team.
Yes. We agree on the language of each deliverable in your proposal. Monthly Support includes eight short text variations in total across the agreed languages.
Submitting a request is free. We send a proposal with the total fee, payment and cancellation terms. Payment is coordinated with our team after approval. Monthly Support is a separate agreement; requesting a sprint does not subscribe you.
You can start with your website and business goal. When relevant reports are available, we use them to inform the work and explain what they show. Tracking setup is included only when it is part of the agreed scope.
